Our Inbound Sales Specialist will receive inbound calls from potential customers seeking to purchase products or request services. Our inbound sales person will work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services.

You will be tasked with educating customers on product offerings and services to improve sales and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.

Inbound sales men or women must perform follow ups with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact. You will be tasked with developing spec sheets and performing sales pitches at Expo’s.

Job Duties 

  • Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
  • Maintains a minimum of 80% utilization (availability)
  • Consistently meets departmental sales goals generated from sales activities while maintaining a satisfied customer rate of not less than 90% (less than 10% cancellation rate)
  • Continued product education to better service customer calls
  • Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker. 
  • Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.
  • Closes prospective customers using working knowledge of the Microtron-3D INC product line or Microtron-3D LLC services
  • Identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers. 
  • Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints. 
  • Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism. 
  • Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks. 
  • Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately timely.
  • Required to pay close attention to details, reviewing, adding, or deleting comments necessary to process orders, sending acknowledgments with notification of order changes or per customer request. 
  • Acquire product line knowledge on all Microtron products. 

Responsibilities

•Ability to learn order processing system regarding all aspects of order entry, order inquiry, customer, customer cross-reference, and any other functions necessary to perform daily tasks. 

•Work with other departments as needed to resolve customer inquiries. E.g. Accounts Receivable Department on customer payment discrepancies. 

•Understands shipping instructions and comprehends distribution center processes.  

•Responsible for maintaining and updating customer files. 

•Request and issue debit/credit memos and return goods authorizations as required. 

•Correct incomplete orders.

Education & Qualifications

2 year college degree, 4 year college degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years call center sales experience.

Strong PC and consumer electronics skills- must understand hardware components of a computer.

Out Bound Sales

Our Outbound Sales Representatives are a key part of a Sales team. You will support all levels of the sales organization by finding new revenue opportunities that add to the total pipeline. You will make meaningful relationships with Senior Executives, Engineers and the Marketing Department along with potential future customers. You will have the opportunity to up sell and cross sell with key product offerings.

 JOB DUTIES

  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Developers, and individual Sales Reps to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel commercial sales. 
  • Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists within a defined territory. 
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings)
  • Evangelize Cloud Content Management using Box

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the sales plans of Microton-3D with the goal of optimizing revenue, profit margin and market share. We are looking for the ideal self-motivated sales professional with strong new business development expertise and the capacity to manage existing accounts and build infrastructure.

Our company specializes in CAD/CAM design, Casting, CNC machining/milling, molding, Robotics and assembly. Our new business targets would be businesses in one or more industries (e.g. aerospace, automotive, medical, office) within a 150 mile radius of our headquarters.

JOB DUTIEs 

  • Recruits, hires, evaluates, trains, develops and retains a productive and highly engaged sales & marketing department.
  • Ensures that land acquisition policies, internal control procedures and practices are well understood and complied with.
  • Oversees the development of sales meetings, training sessions, classes and seminars designed to enhance the skills of assigned sales representatives and marketing team.
  • Works with sales team(s) to coordinate the sales and closing process for assigned geography, leveraging national and local resources (e.g. marketing, communications, merchandising,)
  • Ensures achievement of established sales plan goals, while providing a superior customer service experience that is consistent with Microtron Inc mission, vision and values

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with corporate marketing team on marketing strategy and the execution of marketing initiatives

  • Enhances division marketing direction and strategy through market/consumer feedback
  • Develops and maintains current knowledge of competitor policies, programs, pricing and products, as well as consumer demographics and economic influences
  • Monitors and shops competitive products, providing feedback to division management to ensure appropriate personnel are kept abreast of consumer market trends.
  • Prepares forecasts and undertakes other relevant business analysis for assigned geography.
  • Works with President of Sales(s), and Vice President of marketing.

Sales Analyst

As our Sales Analyst you would deliver and evaluate data and prepare reports to help drive sales growth, forecast customer demand, and measure supplier performance.  You would report to the Business Developer working in a cross-functional capacity collaborating with sales staff, supply chain, our suppliers, and our customers.  On a typical day, you could expect to develop and distribute sales reporting to sales leaders. Analyze and prepare data in support of customer bids. Prepare inventory demand projections based upon historical sales and customer provided data. Compile and distribute Supplier quarterly Performance reports.

Assets
